On-Site Account Manager

Our team here at JMC are now seeking an On-Site Account Manager to join us on a permanent full time basis located in Stansted (Airport).

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive account management support within the company acting as the main point of contact in relation to recruitment and the account.

An On-Site Account Manager’s Main Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Arrange JMC contractor inductions (conducting where relevant)
  • Organise contractor security and identification passes
  • Manage the attendance of all JMC contract personnel in conjunction with client resource co-ordinator
  • Liaise with client resource co-ordinator regarding manpower requirements and related issues
  • Responsible for distribution of JMC work wear
  • Help with contractor queries that are raised
  • Ensure company compliancy is enforced in conjunction with JMC Recruitment Administration Team
  • Act as the main point of contact for the client resource co-ordinator to manage any contractor requirements
  • Liaise with client resource co-ordinator to manage new starters into the facility
  • Provide client resource co-ordinator with foresight of contractor availability
  • Flexibility to meet client day/night varying shift patterns
  • Provide a visual presence throughout assigned client site
  • Represent JMC across other local client sites, dividing time where required

Person Specification

Essential:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Being able to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work on own initiative and to organise and prioritise own work
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Flexibility within the role
  • Ability to convey information accurately, clearly and in a manner easily understood
  • Experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems
  • Must also have the right to work within the UK

Desirable:

  • Experience working within a busy environment (advantageous but not essential)
  • Experience working in an aviation environment (advantageous but not essential)
  • Experience with managing client accounts (advantageous but not essential)
