Bilingual Senior Recruiter

A  Senior Recruiter’s Main Duties include:

  • Lead by example – working with pride and delivering a quality service to all
  • Write appropriate and effective adverts for live vacancies on relevant advertising sites
  • Source potential candidates for specified roles through the short listing of candidates
  • Identify and match correct C.Vs to specific roles
  • Inform candidate of interview process
  • Manage candidate through recruitment process (incl. screening, interview preparation/feedback etc)
  • Perform Employment References, Eligibility and Criminal Convictions checks
  • Offer and acceptance of placed candidates
  • Submit C.Vs to client
  • Ongoing professional relationships with clients and candidates
  • Effectively demonstrate “best practices” and promote brand awareness where possible
  • Prepare client on potential candidates
  • Support and promote teamwork with other divisions / areas within JMC

Person Specification

Essential:

  • Proven experience working as a recruiter (all industry sectors considered)
  • Bilingual in both English and in country (French) languages
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Being able to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work on own initiative and to organise and prioritise own work
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Flexibility within the role
  • Customer focus
  • Ability to work in a fast -paced environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Liaise with Hiring Manager and HR
  • Ability to convey information accurately, clearly and in a manner easily understood
  • Able to provide guidance and direction to other members within the Recruitment Teams
  • Experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems

Desirable:

  • Aviation or Engineering background (advantageous but not essential)
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

Qualifications/Experience:

  • 5 years of Recruitment Experience
  • Strategic Sourcing and Delivery Experience
