COVID-19 has caused unprecedented disruption to employees and organisations worldwide. With almost 500,000 lives lost globally, millions of employees have lost their jobs, been furloughed or experienced significant pay cuts. The aviation industry has been hit considerably hard causing airlines to park aircraft and reduce routes as a direct result of the uncertainty presented by the pandemic.
During these unsettling past few months our dedicated team have been communicating frequently with our clients, contractors and candidates to find out how we can best support them. JMC have provided regular guidance and communication to our clients and contractors on: workplace hygiene; protecting your health whilst at work; industry conditions; and lockdown restrictions and what they mean.
Our operations team have been working closely with our contractors to ensure those placed across Europe, Asia and The Americas were repatriated quickly and safely; and we have been continually monitoring the situation worldwide and have teams in place globally ready to be deployed safely.
