Coronavirus (COVID-19) update
In light of the spread of Corona virus (COVID-19), we wanted to assure you that JMC Recruitment are fully prepared and will continue to deliver our services to clients and candidates even if we have to work remotely for any period of time. We are taking the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our staff, clients and candidates.
JMC have implemented the following practical measures to ensure we can continue to deliver our usual high level of services to you.
- Our staff are equipped with laptops and our Virtual Private Network is sufficiently robust for everyone to work remotely if required.
- Our bespoke video interviewing technology provides enhanced candidate visibility, allows us and host and join meetings remotely. This premium level service is provided at no additional cost during these difficult times.
- Frequent updates are being provided to staff on Government guidelines on hygiene and how to act if anyone shows any symptoms. Hand gels are available throughout our office and additional cleaning arrangements have been made.
- We have implemented a flexible plan to rotate staff working from home.
