An exciting internal opportunity has arisen within the JMC group, the worlds leading Aviation recruitment business.
Based at St Athan, near Cardiff. Our team here are now seeking a Recruitment Account Manager to join us to provide onsite Recruitment Support to one of our key clients. This is a full time, permanent role.

The role of a Recruitment Account Manager would suit an individual who has gained some recruitment experience, ideally with some account management or providing on-site support and looking to take the next step in their career.

The Recruitment Account Manager’s Main Duties:
- Conduct JMC contractor inductions
- Organise contractor security and identification passes
- Manage the attendance of all JMC contract personnel in conjunction with client resource co-ordinator
- Liaise with client resource co-ordinator regarding manpower requirements and related issues
- Responsible for distribution of JMC work wear and ensuring that competitor clothing is not worn
- Help with contractor queries that are raised
- Ensure company compliancy is enforced in conjunction with JMC Recruitment Administration Team
- Act as the main point of contact for the client resource co-ordinator to manage any contractor requirements
- Liaise with resource co-ordinator to manage new starters into the facility
- Maintain appropriate client paperwork with reference to the control of tooling
- Other duties as directed by Line Manager
Person Specification
Essential:
- Recruitment Experience
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Being able to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative and to organise and prioritise own work
- Attention to detail is essential
- Professional telephone manner
- Flexibility within the role
- Ability to convey information accurately, clearly and in a manner easily understood
- Experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems
Desirable:
- Experience working within a busy environment
- Experience working in an aviation environment
