Materials Controllers x 9
Are you a Materials Controller with aviation experience / background?
JMC Recruitment Solutions currently has a requirement for an experienced Materials Controllers (9) on a contract basis located in the UK, Ireland, Czech, Hungary, Malta, Romania and Poland?
The role of Materials Controller is responsible for the Procurement of aircraft parts, material and tooling to support aircraft operation.
The Materials Controllers will also have the following duties.
Manage the provision of all aircraft parts and material required for maintenance.
Procure all other aircraft parts and materials to support line, base and heavy check maintenance operations.
Manage consumable and rotable Shelf-Life Expiry, acting as the central point to manage the Shelf Life Expiry process accordance with Part 145.
Liaise with Planning, Base Maintenance and TCC concerning the production of aircraft components and material for planned maintenance. Ensure the department is aware of planned maintenance activity and associated timeframes to be met.
Ensure all processes and procedures are designed and carried out in the most lean, efficient, and cost-effective manner
The successful Materials Controllers will also have the following attributes:
- Knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance
- Previous work / career history as a materials controller in an aviation environment
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures Manual
- EASA Part 145 experience
- Computer literate
- English & Maths GCSE Grade C or above
- Live in one of the following locations UK (Birmingham / Cardiff), Ireland (Shannon), Czech (Ostrava), Hungary (Budapest), Malta (Valletta), Romania (Bucharest), Poland (Rzeszow / Warsaw)
- Have right to work in the country of application
