Head Of Sales, Aftermarket

JMC are working exclusively with a well-respected and growing Aviation Business who are seeking a new Head of Sales for their Aftermarket department.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to develop and advance their career onto the next step with a market leading company within their niche.

This is a Permanent Position with an immediate start date.

Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Head of Sales will be responsible for leading and growing the sales of the “non-core” products and services and associated sustainability initiatives.

The key responsibilities of the Head of Sales will involve:

·        Creating a strategy for the business growth plan to ensure every part of the market is covered

·        Formulate long term business relationships with suppliers and associated businesses

·        Management and optimisation of the consignment opportunities

·        Records review

·        Develop and strengthen relationships and agreements with strategic buying partners

·        Manage and develop a small team covering all regions

·        Identify the B2B opportunities

·        Sell and maximise revenue opportunities for components

·        Effectively utilise social and digital media.

The successful candidate will have the following Key Attributes & Aviation industry experience:

·        Established relationships with MROs, CROs and Parts Companies

·        Understanding of asset valuation models

·        Strong business acumen

·        Have strong management experience

·        Ability to develop and manage complex solutions

·        Experienced in negotiation and track record in business growth environments.

·        Experience in developing quotations, proposals and responses to tender documents

·        Right to work in the UK
