Graduate Technical Services Engineer

JMC are working with a highly respected and market leading Engineering business based in Stansted who are looking to recruit Junior Technical Services Engineer to join their successful team.

This is a Permanent Position based In Stansted. 39 hours per week, Monday- Friday.

The Role

The primary purpose of this role is to be accountable for assisting in the production of accurate maintenance work packages and supporting of complex maintenance and modification projects.

Other duties involve:

·        Communicate with customers in relation to maintenance input planning, ensuring that the requested work scope is received, understood and translatable into a tangible work package.

·        Assist in the production of work packages

·        Communicate with approved third-party vendors for the arrangement of services

·        Assist in the coordination of Part-21 Design Organisations to engineer and support customer requests for aircraft modification

·        Assist with acceptance of aircraft into maintenance and review of documentation.

·        Provide assistance to Document Control

·        Assist with collection of data required for aircraft Import/Export procedure for Base Maintenance projects.

·        Assists with the review of technical publications

·        Assists with the reviews and completion of aircraft documentation e.g. Technical Log, Deferral Log etc during an input and upon release to service.

Skills and experience required.

·        Technical university degree holder, ideally in Engineering

·        Strong IT skills

·        Demonstrate good presentation and interpersonal skills.

·        Attend and pass successfully all mandatory trainings & assessments according to the area of activity
