JMC are working with a FBO company based in Stansted, looking to recruit a new Facilities Co-Ordinator to join their team.  
This client is well known for outstanding levels of service in their FBO facility, offering outstanding customer service to their high-end clientele from arrival to aircraft. The family run business aids their candidates in building their skills to excel in their roles.  
This is a Temporary Position lasting 1 year based in Stansted with an starting on the 24/06/2024.    
Working Monday to Friday.  
   
Salary and Benefits
– Salary of £27,000 – £35,000 depending on experience.

The Role  
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the primary purpose of this role is to ensure facilities are fit for purpose and meet regulations as well as supporting the Facilities Manager in the delivery of health and safety management across all sites.    
   
Other duties involve:
– Assist and deputising for the HSE & Facilities Manager
– Working closely with the HSE & Facilities Manager to ensure that both the health & safety and facility plans / initiatives for each building / site are delivered within agreed timeframes    
– Co-ordinating and supervising maintenance activities to ensure adherence to all safe working practises and procedures
– Logging, monitoring, reporting and closing all issues, requests, tasks, and activity in our ticket monitoring system    
– Developing and maintaining a database of third-party contractors used on site for facilities and project works    
– Assisting in the development of a robust preventative maintenance program for all group sites    
– Assisting in the solving of audit items contained in both internal, external, and self-audit reports    
– Assisting in analysing data to identify areas within the business which need to be developed to reduce the risk of injury and illness to employees    
– Helping to produce reports on Health, Safety, Environment and Facilities as per directed by the HSE & Facilities Manager for the benefit of the business    
 
Skills and experience required.  
In order to be successful in this role the Facilities Co-Ordinator will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
 
– Conversant with ISO 14001 and 45001 standards and their implementation    
– Previous experience in supporting HS&E and Facilities at a multi-site group    
– Highly organised with the ability to prioritise activities and workload meeting the demands of the business    
– Excellent problem-solving capabilities    
– Proficient in the use of MS Office programs    
–  Must have the right to live and work in the UK
