This is a Permanent Position based in Stansted.
Working Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 16:30 and Friday 08:00 – 16:00.

The Role
The primary purpose of this role is to strip, clean, inspect and build small electro/mechanical components (AC/DC generators/starter generators).
Other Duties Involve
– Raising and completing inspection reports
– Updating details onto computer system
– Working with the team to meet production deadlines
– Maintaining quality standards in accordance with regulatory and company procedures
– Working with the team leader to meet customer service levels
– Meeting health, safety and environmental regulations
In order to be successful in this role the Electrical Fitter will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes
– Experience of power generation, electrical theory is highly desirable
– ONC/HNC in Engineering desirable
– Prior experience of aerospace and/or aviation industry desirable
– Numerate and literate – minimum GCSE or equivalent essential
– Right to live and work in the UK
