CAMO Engineer

JMC are working with a CAMO company based in Malta, looking to recruit a new CAMO Engineer to join their team.  

This is a Permanent Position based in Malta.
40 hours per week.  

   

This role is recruiting for a Senior CAMO Engineer and two Junior CAMO Engineers.   

   

The Role  

   

The primary purpose of this role is to will assist in the management and supervision of the continuing airworthiness of client's aircraft.  

   

Other duties involve:  

   

– Ensuring the monitoring and compliance of airworthiness documentation  

– Development of Maintenance Programmes  

– Liaison with the Company Personnel, Contracted Maintenance organisations and Logistic Suppliers in support of the day to day flying programme  

– Evaluation of continuing airworthiness records  

– Reporting of any findings from continuous airworthiness tasks to the CAM  

– Reporting of new Maintenance Data to the CAM  

– Administration of technical aircraft records  

   

Skills and experience required  

   

– Aeronautical / Mechanical Diploma or equivalent  

– having a previous experience in a continuing airworthiness role in an airline or MRO environment  

– Senior CAMO Engineers will need a minimum of 3 years in CAMO  

– Ideally have worked with Airbus and/or Boeing Aircraft types  

– Capable to manage and work as part of a team and be goal oriented  

– Knowledge of and ability to use computer office automation software packages.
– Right to live and work in Malta
