Are you an experienced B1 or B2 Licensed Engineer looking for a new opportunity?
JMC Aviation is working with a leading MRO Organisation based in Berlin, looking to recruit a B1 or B2 Licensed Engineer with Base Maintenance experience to join their expanding team.
This is a Permanent Position based in Berlin with Type Courses Available if holds an EASA B1 or B2 License with at least 1 aircraft type rating.
The responsibilities of the B1 or B2 Licensed Engineer will involve:
– Performing and certifying maintenance work depending on a type rating within the scope of the issued authorisations in compliance with all relevant regulations according to BAS QMH
– Passing on information properly and professionally to the manager and disciplinary superior
– Instructing employees with a lower maintenance authorisation and, where necessary, checking that the maintenance work is carried out properly
– Complying with business management principles and supporting the collection of operating data
– Maintaining safety and order in the workplace
– Carrying out other appropriate activities as instructed by the supervisor
In order to be successful in this role, the B1 or B2 Licensed Engineer will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
– Completed CAT B basic training and holds an EASA CAT B1 or CAT B2 license
– Knowledge of base maintenance activities with hands on working experience
– 2+ years of experience in the field of aircraft maintenance desirable
– Good knowledge of English with clear verbal and written expression
– Good IT skills
– Valid class B driving license (old class 3) desirable
– Right to live and work in the EU
